This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work for tickets to live events operated by Professional Skateboarding League LLC ("PSL", "we", "us", or "our") and purchased through pslskateboarding.com. Please read it before you buy — completing a purchase means you agree to these terms.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to event tickets purchased directly from PSL through this website. Merchandise purchased from the PSL store (shop.pslskateboarding.com) is governed by the separate return policy posted on that store. PSL Fantasy is a free service and involves no purchase — see our Terms of Service.

2. All Sales Are Final

Except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, missed events, late arrival, or partial attendance.

Tickets are issued digitally and delivered to the email address or account used at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for presenting a valid ticket (typically on your phone) at the door.

3. Canceled Events

If PSL cancels an event in its entirety and it is not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value paid. Refunds for canceled events are issued automatically to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the cancellation is announced; you do not need to request one. Per-order service or processing fees may be non-refundable except where prohibited by law.

4. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date and no action is required. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket face value within fourteen (14) days of the rescheduled date being announced by contacting us using the details below.

If a venue changes but the event otherwise proceeds, tickets remain valid and this does not by itself qualify for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Where a refund is available under this policy, email info@pslskateboarding.com from the address used to purchase, and include your order number and the event name. We will respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Duplicate Charges & Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged for an order that did not complete, contact us at info@pslskateboarding.com and we will investigate and correct any verified billing error.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable purchase may result in cancellation of the associated tickets.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the laws of the State of California. Where those laws grant you rights beyond what is stated here, those rights apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will post the current policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
