When you create an account and use PSL Fantasy, we may collect:

• Email address (required for account creation and authentication)
• Display name or username (optional, for your profile)
• Profile photo (optional, if you choose to upload one)
• League membership information (leagues you create or join)
• Fantasy picks and selections you make

Ticket Purchases

When you buy event tickets through this website, we collect:

• Your name (first and last) and email address, used to issue and deliver your ticket
• Order details (the event, quantity, seats, and amount paid)

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card number and payment credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on PSL's servers; we receive only a confirmation of payment and limited billing details needed to complete your order. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Contact Form

When you submit an inquiry through our contact page, we collect:

• Your name (first and last) and email address, and your mobile number if you choose to provide it
• The topic you select and the message you send us

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up with you. Your message is delivered to the relevant members of our team by email so they can reply to you directly. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits)
• App usage statistics (features used, time spent in app, crash reports)

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. • Within your leagues: Your display name, profile photo, and fantasy picks are visible to other members of leagues you join
• Public leaderboards: Your display name and scores may appear on public leaderboards if you participate in global competitions
• Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to strict confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Access and Update

You can access and update your personal information at any time through your account settings in the app. You can change your display name, update your profile photo, or modify other account information.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account in the PSL Fantasy app or use our account deletion page. Deletion covers your account and associated personal data, including attributable copies of personal uploads. We preserve other people’s assets and results. Retained personal data requires a specific lawful basis and a defined retention period; removing a name alone does not make a record anonymous.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of non-essential communications by adjusting your notification preferences in the app settings. You will still receive essential service-related communications (e.g., authentication codes, important account updates).
