Delete in the app

1. Open PSL Fantasy and sign in.
2. Open your profile, then choose Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and review what will be removed.
4. Confirm Delete Forever.

Follow the result shown in the app. An error or a request under review does not mean deletion is complete. Keep your request details if you need help recovering an interrupted request.

Request deletion without the app

Use the subject “Delete my PSL Fantasy account.” If possible, email us from the address associated with your account. If you cannot access that address, explain that in your request. We may ask for proportionate proof of ownership before making an irreversible change; do not send a password or identity document.

Our target is to complete ordinary deletion requests and respond within 28 calendar days from when we receive the request, or sooner where applicable law requires. Verification does not restart that clock. If an extension or retention exception applies, we explain the reason and next deadline.

What is deleted

• Your authentication account and active sessions
• Your email address, username, profile information, and uploaded profile photo
• Your fantasy picks, friend connections, and league memberships
• Your personal fantasy statistics, rankings, and notification registration

Personal uploads and attributable copies are part of the request even if they were displayed publicly. Other people’s accounts, assets and results are preserved. A replacement name alone does not make retained league history anonymous.

Any personal data retained under a lawful exception must have a specific reason, restricted use and a defined retention period or review date. We explain unresolved items and applicable retention in the response. Backup copies awaiting erasure must stay unavailable for ordinary use, have a documented expiry, and must not restore deleted personal data to the service.
